This site was previously a Bed Bath & Beyond. It features two adjacent tenants, a loading dock, and both a main and rear entrance. The interior space is largely vacant.

ELECTRICAL

• The switch gear and meters are positioned on the south side of the building. (Refer to utility diagram)

• The main panels are situated inside near the loading dock.

• A separate, small electrical room is located near the entrance on the west side of the building. (Refer to utility diagram)

SEWER

• Roto-Rooter visited the location and identified the sewer line. (Refer to utility diagram)

WATER

• The water meter is situated near the loading dock. (Refer to utility diagram)

GAS

• Gas meters are located on the south side of the building. (Refer to utility diagram)

FIRE SPRINKLER ROOM / ACCESS

• Access to the fire sprinkler room is located on the south side of the building. (Refer to utility diagram)
