This facility consists of three separate units. A contractor was on site to commence the demolition of the space. There are three primary entrances due to the multiple units and four entrances at the rear. The property is flanked by two adjacent tenants. There is no access to the roof, and due to severe weather conditions and accumulated snow, we were unable to conduct a roof inspection. Once the snow has melted, the contractor will provide photographs of the roof and HVAC units. Drone photography or inspection was not feasible due to the no-fly zone restrictions in close proximity to The White House.

ELECTRICAL

• Meters, transformers, and switch gear are situated just outside the building.

• One location contains two meters, while the others each have one, totaling four meters.

• All four panels are located inside along the back wall of the building. (Refer to the electrical diagram)

SEWER

• A sewer line camera inspection was conducted by JPG Plumbing. (Refer to the utility diagram)

GAS

• The one-inch gas meter is positioned just outside the building.

HVAC
