The current occupant of this space is a large gymnastics studio school. The area will be divided into two separate units. Due to accessibility challenges, active tenants, and extensive gymnastics equipment, access above the drop ceiling was not feasible. There are adjacent tenants on both sides. The space has front access, and the proposed KE location includes a small side door access.

ELECTRICAL

• The meter is situated at the rear of the building.

• The switchgear is located in an electrical room at the back of the building.

• This room will be part of the adjacent tenant's space.

• The main panel is also located there. (Refer to the electric diagram)

SEWER

- Sewer line and camera inspection were conducted by Trust Plumbing Corp. (Refer to the utility diagram)

WATER

• Water meter boxes were identified but are covered by a steel road plate, preventing visual inspection.

ROOF ACCESS

• Access to the roof is available inside the electrical room.

HVAC

- All HVAC units have been located and documented. (Refer to the roof plan)
