This location is situated within a mall on the second floor. It was previously comprised of two separate spaces, which have been combined into a single open area. There is a main entrance at the front, a smaller secondary entrance at the front, a rear entrance leading to the parking lot, and two doors providing access to the common corridor.
ELECTRICAL
The switchgear is located in an electrical room accessible via the corridor.
Originally, there were two electrical panels, but they have been recently consolidated into one by an electrician. There is now a single electrical room containing the main panel and transformer within the proposed KE space.
SEWER
Currently, there is no sewer connection.
The property manager indicated that the location of sewer risers is available upon request.
We were unable to locate any sewer lines or risers due to the tenants occupying the space below the KE area.
ROOF ACCESS
Roof access is available in a room accessible from the corridor near the KE location.
HVAC
Several HVAC units were observed, along with three house HVAC units servicing the mall. (Refer to the roof plan)
