The proposed KE location is situated on the first floor of a high-rise building, featuring multiple roof heights. This area has been partitioned from a previously larger space and is currently vacant. There is a parking structure located beneath the building. The site includes a main entrance and a rear access door leading to a common corridor with utility elevators. Currently, there are two bathrooms available at this location.
ELECTRICAL
The main electrical switchgear is housed in an electrical room within the parking structure.
There is one panel inside the proposed KE building. However, according to the property manager, the source of this panel's power supply is unknown and will be removed.
Currently, there is no meter or switchgear for this location, but the landlord will supply power as required by KE.
SEWER
Pascale Plumbing and Heating conducted a sewer camera inspection. (Refer to utility diagram)
According to the property manager, the sewer system for the proposed KE location will need to be core-drilled into the parking structure where the exposed sewer is situated.
HVAC
As per the property manager, new HVAC units will be installed on the roof.
The size of the units to be installed will meet KE’s specifications.
