The proposed KE location is situated on the first floor of a high-rise building, featuring multiple roof heights. This area has been partitioned from a previously larger space and is currently vacant. There is a parking structure located beneath the building. The site includes a main entrance and a rear access door leading to a common corridor with utility elevators. Currently, there are two bathrooms available at this location.

ELECTRICAL

• The main electrical switchgear is housed in an electrical room within the parking structure.

• There is one panel inside the proposed KE building. However, according to the property manager, the source of this panel's power supply is unknown and will be removed.

• Currently, there is no meter or switchgear for this location, but the landlord will supply power as required by KE.

SEWER

• Pascale Plumbing and Heating conducted a sewer camera inspection. (Refer to utility diagram)

• According to the property manager, the sewer system for the proposed KE location will need to be core-drilled into the parking structure where the exposed sewer is situated.

HVAC

• As per the property manager, new HVAC units will be installed on the roof.

• The size of the units to be installed will meet KE’s specifications.
