This venue previously served as an indoor entertainment and dining establishment, featuring a bowling alley, multiple bars, and a second-story mezzanine. No demolition has occurred at this location, and the bowling alley remains intact. There are several main entrances, along with rear door access. The second floor offers a large open area, two offices, and two staircases for access. There is only one adjacent tenant. Due to proximity to The White House, drone photography or inspection was not feasible because of no-fly zone restrictions.

ELECTRICAL
