  • This location is situated on the second floor of a mall. Three existing spaces are being merged into one. Contractors are on-site for the roof elevation and demolition. The larger space features a front entrance and two rear doors leading to a common corridor or hallway. The other two spaces have only a main entrance.


    Drone operations were restricted due to a Temporary Flight Restriction (TFR) in place because of the proximity to Mar-A-Lago during the President's visit.


    ELECTRICAL


    • The switchgear is located in an electrical room within the corridor adjacent to the proposed KE space. (Refer to the utility diagram)

    • Each of the three units has its own panel and transformer. (Refer to the utility and electrical diagram)


    SEWER


    - We were unable to locate any sewer lines or risers due to tenants occupying the space below the KE area.

    - The property manager indicated that the location of sewer risers is available upon request.


    ROOF ACCESS


    • Access to the roof is available via the common corridor.


    HVAC


    • Multiple HVAC units are present. (Refer to the roof diagram)
